Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 7/14/26 - We hired Clean Green Tree Services to remove a fallen branch from our yard. The team was very efficient and was able to get us on their schedule the next day. While there, Stefanie Moy Zobus left a 1 star review was not part of this service request. She left the review unfairly before Clean Green could begin their work. We were very happy with the work completed in a timely manner and wish everyone to disregard that review as it was not a fair assessment of this company's service. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were beyond pleased with Clean Green Tree Service. Initially, when requesting a quote, Eric came to the house within 48 hours to provide an estimate. We were then put on the schedule and the work was completed within one week. He provided a crew of four workers: he did the trimming and the other three workers were meticulous about picking up all of the dead branches twigs and leaves. We would definitely recommend them without reservation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ask Eric to come out and look at 5 trees i wanted dropped as I have a town yard waste dump I can bring all the tree limbs. He came out and dropped them same day for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Local Tree Challenges and How Our Arborists Solve Them

Champaign’s unique location brings specific tree problems. Prairie winds, agricultural chemicals, and harsh winters test every tree in our community. Our experienced arborists understand these local challenges.

Severe Storm Damage

Ice storms and high winds hit this area hard every winter and summer. We provide fast emergency response with crane services when needed. Our crews safely clear fallen trees from roads and yards throughout the area.

Herbicide Drift

Local farmland spraying drifts into residential areas and kills healthy trees. Our arborists quickly identify chemical injury symptoms on your trees. We recommend treatment options or safe removal when trees cannot recover from the damage.

Invasive Tree Species

Tree of Heaven and Bradford Pear trees spread rapidly and attract spotted lanternfly pests. We safely remove these invasive species before they damage native trees. Our team recommends replacements like bur oak, hackberry, and serviceberry that thrive here.

Drought Stress & Climate Challenges

Hot, dry summers cause wilting, leaf scorch, and decline in young maples and oaks. We provide deep-root watering and soil aeration services. When drought damage creates safety hazards, we remove declining trees promptly.

Root & Infrastructure Damage

Tree roots lift sidewalks on Neil Street and West Springfield Avenue throughout older neighborhoods. We provide careful root pruning to save valuable trees when possible. Sometimes safe removal and replanting away from utilities is the best solution.
